Another slow service by pos laju Kepong to Labuan - the item was posted on the 26 April 2017 and arrived on the 3rd May 2017 that is more than 1 week where it should be only within 2 to 3 days but due to complicated route that has to go through Langkawi probably due to item destination sorting mistakes. This is unusual even that took place due to unforeseen circumstances during the item shipment

Slow service from Pos Laju Cheras to Sibu Sarawak

Usually Pos Laju delivery from Peninsular takes around 3 business working days only - regardless of location. However this is one weird delivery by PosLaju cheras that has to go through all the way to Sandakan Sabah and then eventually delivered to Sibu Sarawak. That takes 1 week plus to delivery which is very unsatisfactory.
