      You can try another courier service like ABX, DGEX, SkyNet, CitiLink, etc. U just might encounter another same issues. It's normal actually

      That should be fine i guess...but you need to ask the post office they have such procedure to keep packages..because they have too many packages everyday and no time to look after 1 package

      If you are talking about reaching them by phone unfortunately no way. You could however go directly to the post office and deal with them face to face

      It is unfortunate that people from online shopping still encourage to buy things at this time of mco. There are lots of complaints everywhere not only in miri about poslaju not sending their items because of delay during this mco

    Hello, i haven't received my parcel in a week now, and wonder if i can go there during this MCO period myself. From taman tunku till the bypass poslaju? Can i go there? By tomorrow? I'm not blaming the poslaju for this because i know it is MCO and there's no sufficient drivers/workers to deliver the items to the recipient. Just asking if i can go there from taman tunku to poslaju bypass. Tq

      You could with a very strong reason to support your actions otherwise the authority might summon you big money for a small parcel. But even if you go there they might need to search the thousands of parcel in their warehouse and of course if you have good luck they you may got it in timely.

    Kebelakangan ini postlaju banyak salah kirim tujuan,, ad beberapa barang orang yang hilang,, termasuk saya,, banyak tang nyasar ke SHP (Samling Housing Plywood) sbb berdekatan lokasi,,. Smpai skrang pun barang tidak di ketemukan,
    Tolong di beritahukan kepada karyawan n kawan2 post laju,, sbb bnyak msalah barang tidak sampai tpi post laju confrim sudah smpai di shopee
    Postlaju dulu tidak mcam sekarang hantar sering salah alamat

    Hello Hi, can you check up my parcel? The last track I got it still stuck at KLIA HUB, then I ask one of PosLaju officer they said this batch of parcel already reach Miri PosLaju. I post this out on 5th March already. So I ask for your cooperation to look up for my parcel. I called all Miri Office but no one pickup. Jadi saya minta kawan saya PosLaju officer tolong check dan dia kata batch parcel saya sudah sampai di Miri. customer saya di Limbang jadi sekarang dia tidak boleh ke Miri untuk check sendiri kerana sekarang sedang MCO. Boleh ka Tuan tolong check apa status parcel saya disana. kenapa Miri belum post out ke Pos Laju Limbang. ini no tracking nya EHE022399094MY. Terima kasih banyak atas kerjasama Tuan.
