  2. Should hire an operator specialist in answer incoming calls. No one answer calls all the times but they provide good service frankly speaking.

An operator wouldn't be enough because somebody need to search thousands of item in the warehouse everyday...not sure if they want to hire someone specially just to search...because if both the operator work as the search boy the phone keeps ringing and nobody answers create another frustrating situation for others

  7. they said my item will deliver by yesterday (23/12), but the i check using tracking system it say fail..so disappointing..the item is for my nephew Christmas gift..WTF

  13. Banyak teruklah...dah berapa hari saya tunggu kat rumah tapi barang x dihantar pun!!!!call beratus kali tidak ada orang jawap telefon langsung, jangan cakap BUSY lah....bila check tracking id ditulis Unsuccessful Delivery pulak mana ada orang datang rumah???? Van POSLAJU pun x nampak!!!!

  14. Is really poor lousy service!! My thing arrived 15/1 shud be delivery oldy but till today i stiil havent received anything from them.....Call M time no one answer the phone at all!!! Check tracking no is oldy arrived but (Unsuccessful Delivery)....Heloo mana ada orang hantar?? Tiga hari tunggu kat rumah VAN POSLAJU pun tidak nampak lah....No responbility at all!!!!

  18. I think the PosLaju need to think of a way to make sure the consignment can be delivered on time.. People will get restless if the items have not reach their hands yet, especially if the items are valuable/urgently needed. At least, you can inform the person to come and collect, IF you really cant send them on time. I dont think people wont mind, rather than waiting so long to get hold on their items. Cheers.

    1. I think your idea is great but the implementation of doing that is not as easy as you may think. But allowing people to collect the item themselves is one issue that could bombard the limited parking space..and another to know the item is valuable or not valuable is difficult because nobody want to tell it is valuable unless it is opened but i guess nobody wants that to happen. And in addition to that they will need to implement an advance database tracking system and employ more people to handle the software and also maintenance of the server. Perhaps poslaju don't have the knowledge how to run and manage it or they have limited fund to implement for so many pos offices

  26. Apahal dgn korang ni? Betul ke korang ni bekerja? Surat URUSAN KERAJAAN dihantar post laju, since 06hb mei sampai sekarang tak sampai. Dah ti tracking system kata unsuccessful. Sy call 50x jawap baru sekali. Pastu bagi alasan alamat salah. Woi, kami nak kena saman ke? Alamat salah? Itu alamat Jabatan high commissioner of Brunei lah. Dah memang pejabat selalu hantar guna alamat tu. Selalu kami guna FedEx, sampai pula. Tpi bila gunakan service Poslaju dgn bayaran yg sama(Surat je pun) rm3.++ kami boleh kata salah alamat? Cakap nak call sy semula since morning sampai sekarang, tpi langsung takde call sy pun. Ni sy pula keep calling mcm org Gila. Tpi sampai kamu nak tutup and buka semula hari isnin, baru nak call ke? Benda tu kena settle Monday.sebab Surat URUSAN KERAJAAN Brunei Darussalam. Jangan sampai kami telefon ketua pengarah Poslaju.

Yes...i would say poslaju sometime really sucks... dtg ke pjbt jln.song, kata sedang sorting barang... minta utk pick up sendiri, dia kata ok tp kena dtg jam 4... bila dah tunggu 2 stengah jam...dgn hati berbunga2 gembira nak pick up barang... tiba2 barang dah seal dlm karung...x boleh buka lagi... kejadian hari jumaat, hari isnin baru dpt brg... wtf! Tpaksa tunggu 2 hari 2 jam setengah... but poslaju still the best dr gdex,abx or skynet...3 malaun tu brg dah sampai, tp utk sampai ke tangan...ambik masa 1 bulan lg kalau x pick up sendiri... double wtf! Agent lembab...

  35. my address should be Bau 94000 and when i check my tracking number i was surprise that my shipment/parcel was send to MAIL PROCESSING CENTER MIRI. I don't know why but seriuosly this is awfull man, the address was Bau and poscode was 94000 what the hell is my shipment go to miri? i pay for the shipment and expected to arrived by today at Pejabat Pos Bau. This is not good man, and all i can say is i very disappointed for late delay? I hope in future Pos Malaysia will do not do the same mistake again.

    1. It's normal there's nothing you can do about even Fedex, Gdex, DHL, UPS, SkyNet or any courier service you name it there are all the same. You will encounter this kind of thing in all of them if you use it frequently.

  43. Ok fine mun busy sik angkat call. Cuba tanyak mcm ne poslaju negeri lain nak busy atau lebih busy dr kitak org camne cara sidaknya ngator plan supaya customer servis ya wujud. Kmk dah complain dgn HQ di KL p sikda juak tindakan. Bila dah sik cukup staff mmg kenak hire org lebih. Mun sikda bajet spt dinyatakan boleh announce poslaju kuching tiada customer servis kerana kami terlalu sibuk. Bukan kmk ajak duhal telipon sik pernah diangkat. Bukan sekali duak, skali telipon lam 10 kali, lekak ya cuba agik. Try ari lain pun sik angkat.

    Sbb ya pengajaran SILA CALL HQ KL TERUS, POSLAJU KUCHING SIKKAN RESPOND. Sbb sidaknya terlalu busy and sikda system and sikda bajet

Kena ada sistematik mcm kedai fabric waterfront, saiz surat, saiz kotak di slot2 yg tersusun dgn alamat dari bdr kuching 1 km sehingga sejauh yg ditugaskan, saya perhati di bahagian operasi masih byk yg kena betulkan terutama susunan surat & kotak2 tu, poslaju kena buat rak2 yg praktikal dgn tanda yg besa senang buat pegawai tracking dgn mudah. Kena tambah kaunter bagi melayan pelanggan dgn 2 pegawai automatik 2 kerja operasi/kaunter ketika ramai pelanggan. Sms pada pelanggan yg mana kena ambil sendiri di kaunter atau brg dlm penghantaran. Kena wujudkan seorang dua pegawai melayani panggilan.

Before tok bagus jak service. Tok mcm πŸ˜‘ x juak ada barang aku sampe. Bila org susah nak kua, poslaju la Jalan cerita nya. X semua org senang nak kua . Ya takrang kenak pikir. Mun Jenis nak bertanggungjawab hantar lah barang customer dengan bait. Jangan mala unsuccessful ajak². Aku tunggu sehari hari x juak ada. Di call susah, nang x pande nak jawab call org.   54. Aku nak ke JALAN song kaktok. Eboh nak out for delivery lagik. Aku sehari hari tunggu kat rumah x juak dianta. Ari Marek hari yg ke 5. Sekali campur ari sabtu. Marek aku tunggu kedak apa. Bila nak pergi ke JALAN song mesti out for delivery tapi bila ditunggu x juak sampe. Apa ka masalah susah nak hantar? Bodo Kali nak? Mun x mom anta tandah jak kat sia. Kelak aku pun self collect. Tok aku dah Kira nyusah org lain. Aku bukan senang nak kua, lesen xda, susah nak kua, keja lain bertimbun timbun nak diurus, serba salah nyusah org lain mintak tolong ambik kat sia.   62. My parcel was supposed to go to Terengganu and when I check tracking via online, it stated Arrive at delivery facility at Pos Laju Kuching. What on earth. Pos Laju KL gave me Kuching's number but no answer! Few times already call. Haiya! Why so bad? Nobody answer the goddamn phone! My sister in Terengganu need the parcel a.s.a.p!

  65. Front Desk Staff are not answering the phone at all. I've called the above given numbers for almost 3 days straight and yet, NO ONE is answering. Is this Poslaju Malaysia's standards???

  66. Nama jak poslaju tp nunggu brg sampe seminggu blm dtg2 gk..cal ofis bekali-kali tp xda jwb..ada angkat tp letak balit. WTF..nama jak poslaju tp xkan xbyk pekerja yang kerja dlam ofis..xkan xda operator yg jwb tpon. very BAD SERVICES nowadays..don't know what are they doing. even status pun masih mcmya since 6.12.2017 till now 12.12.2017. plssss la!!!!!
